Submitting your ad – the details
Copy Deadline
Deadlines for receipt of final copy are posted on our Home page. We usually need to receive copy between the 10th & 15th of each month.
Acceptable formats
Ads can be submitted in the following formats:
- MS Word
- MS Publisher
- MS Powerpoint
- TIFF
- JPEG
Advert sizes
Eighth page: (w) 65mm x (h) 45mm
Quarter page: (w) 65mm x (h) 90mm
Half page: (w) 130mm x (h) 90mm
Full page: (w) 130mm x (h) 185mm

Advert Design
Ads supplied in the above accepted formats do not carry a design fee. We can help with the design and wording of your ads and produce a proof for you for a fixed price. Please contact us at the above address with your requirements.
Payment
Full payment for all ads must be received by the copy deadline date. Payment can be made by: Cheque, made payable to The Haslemere Guide, Cash or BACS Transfer. The Guide is a small, independent publication and is not registered for VAT. The price you see is the price you pay. All prices listed are per issue.
